Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer a range of areas that accommodate children ages 0-10. We have areas for toddlers and young children, as well as open play and ninja zones for older children.

  • No. All children must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.

  • YES- everyone needs socks if stepping in any of the play zones. Barefeet and shoes are not allowed on the playroom floor by anyone. We have many young children in the space so we need to be sure the floor is sanitary, so all adults & children must wear socks. Socks are available for purchase ($1 for adults & $3 for children).

  • Yes! We have a large, separated baby zone that has gates to enter the area to keep from other children running through and helps keep you little ones save and secured inside the zone!

  • Absolutely! Just click “Birthday Parties” on the menu above to see the options available.

  • Yes- both bathrooms are equipped with changing tables & potty seats. There is also an additional changing table located inside the lactation room.

  • Reservations are not required, but they can be made. If we reach capacity, unfortunately we will not be able to allow walk-ins until we have room. You are welcome to make a reservation to secure yourself a spot. To make a reservation choose “Open Play Reservation” from the menu above.

  • Tuesday-Friday there is a morning session and an afternoon session. Each one requires a different entrance. If you arrive within 1 hour before the morning session ends, you will receive a pass to come back that afternoon free of charge. Saturdays we are open through lunch so you can stay as long as we are open.

  • Our insurance company requires that all visitors with children (0-18 years old) sign the waiver.
